A passionate entrepreneur and industry thought leader, Vincent has grown CAST from a start-up in a French basement to a market leader. He's a true believer in "you can’t manage why you don’t see”, and so he began the software analytics movement to help executives get the truth about their software, to help architects become software geniuses, and delivery teams deliver super-software. In CAST, he is building a long-term venture, faithful to his team, clients, partners, and shareholders, with the mission to introduce, what he calls the “yardstick for measuring software.” Vincent trained in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science at a top French school, and is now based in New York. He loves his family, business and supports environmental and children charities. He spend his free time losing golf balls and sailing the Atlantic.
Alexandre Rérolle is responsible for overseeing all of Finance & Administration for CAST and its subsidiaries.Prior to CAST, Alexandre held various roles in controlling and finance moving up to the CFO position in one of the affiliates of the logistics division of Bolloré Group, with branches across France, Japan, Korea, China, and the USA. A recent addition to the team, Alexandre brings a high level of discipline and is very well aligned to CAST core values of transparency and collegiality. Alexandre’s background is in the sciences and he holds a Master’s in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ernie oversees the country manager team, field operations and other corporate functions, particularly the partner channel, for CAST. Ernie also contributes to CAST’s corporate strategy, including expansion activities and acquisitions.Ernie grew up in the US, holding degrees in commerce and business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and joined IBM in 1994 in Hong Kong. During his career at IBM, he held a number of sales, marketing and brand management positions at both IBM's Greater China and Growth Markets Units within Software Group, where he led IBM’s Information Management portfolio of Data Management, Content Management and Business Analytics including the Asia Pacific sales integration of acquisitions with SPSS, Princeton, Softech and a few others. His last two positions were head of IBM Software for Greater China, and then GM Greater China for the IBM Cloud business.
Marc Zablit is responsible for strategic alliances with key go-to-market partners. His scope of responsibility encompasses a broad portfolio of IT market players, including application development ISVs and global systems integrators. Marc has been instrumental in building multiple strong partnerships, and is responsible for expanding these relationships and establishing new ones. He is well known for his expertise in the latest trends and techniques among application services providers to deliver innovation to clients.Prior to joining CAST, Marc was Vice President of EMEA Marketing for Trilogy, an American ERP vendor. Prior to Trilogy, Marc was involved in growing and selling a software start-up in San Francisco. Prior to that, Marc was a software engineer, a project manager and then a business unit manager at several major European systems integrators. Marc earned a degree in Engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure de Paris, and an MBA at INSEAD.
Rado is responsible for all aspects of Marketing and Communications at CAST. He brings 20+ years of success in developing, selling and marketing enterprise software to CIOs and LOB leaders in multiple countries. He is known for strong execution, putting products on the map, and passion for clear, simple and differentiated storytelling.Rado joined CAST from IBM, where he run Marketing and Product Management for the Talent & Collaboration businesses. Before that, he was instrumental in making WebSphere the #1 application server, driving Linux to become the de-facto standard for IT, reshaping relationships with major ISVs, growing IBM Software in EMEA, attracting clients from Oracle, building and executing award-winning marketing programs.
Olivier Bonsignour is responsible for Research & Development and Product Management in a continual effort to build the world’s most advanced software analysis and measurement technology. He is an expert in the precision software parsing, and has a long term view of the product and the software analysis industry.Prior to joining CAST, Olivier was the CIO for DGA, the advanced research division of the French Ministry of Defense.Prior to that role, also at DGA, he was in charge of application development and a project director working on IT systems that support operations. A pioneer in the development of distributed systems and object oriented development; Olivier joined CAST after having been an early adopter of CAST technology in 1996. Most recently, Olivier and Capers Jones co-wrote The Economics of Software Quality, a book published by Addison-Wesley in 2011. Olivier holds a graduate degree in engineering and computer science from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA), Lyon, and a Master’s in Management from the executive program at IAE Aix-en-Provence.
Jean-Michel Breul oversees the Delivery organization, with consulting resources in Europe, the US and India. Jean-Michel brings many years of technology background and strong customer focus to CAST consulting and delivery practices. Pursuing the highest levels of customer satisfaction, CAST Delivery activities include the introduction of CAST technology into enterprises and GSIs, training and coaching, building Centers of Excellence for software quality measurement, and consumption of CAST analytics. The Delivery organization also runs CAST Managed Services to operate our technology on behalf of customers.Prior to CAST, Jean-Michel was CTO at ORSYP, software vendor in the IT Operations space. He was responsible for key customer engagements in presales and postsales activities, as well as long term strategy and product direction. Integrating technology acquisitions into the product portfolio, developing product capabilities through technology centers in Paris, Montreal and Bucharest, Jean-Michel’s primary focus was the satisfaction of a base of 1400 customers. During his career at ORSYP he managed R&D, Product Management, Support, Postsales and Presales activities in IT enterprise software. Jean-Michel Breul holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Lev Lesokhin is responsible for CAST's technical direction, software analytics, thought leadership and product strategy. He serves on the boards of industry standards consortia and is deeply involved in security, architecture, and development governance topics with CAST’s largest customers. Lev comes to CAST from SAP, where he was a Senior Director in the rollout of the company’s first SaaS product. Prior to SAP, Lev was one of the leaders of the Applications Executive Council at CEB, where he worked with heads of applications at Fortune 1000 companies to identify best management practices.Lev also served three years as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, dealing with issues of business and tech strategy, IT management, metrics and outsourcing. He began his career as a Systems Engineer at the MITRE Corporation before moving to the private sector, where he spent several years as a software developer and managing engineering programs for a regional systems integrator. Lev holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Dr. Bill Curtis is an industry luminary who is responsible for influencing CAST’s scientific and strategic direction, as well as helping CAST educate the IT market to the importance of managing and measuring the quality of its software. He is best known for leading development of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) which has become the global standard for evaluating the capability of software development organizations. Bill has a passion for software analysis and measurement because, after improving development process, it is the next wave of software engineering improvement.Prior to joining CAST, Bill was a Co-Founder of TeraQuest, the global leader in CMM-based services, which was acquired by Borland. Prior to TeraQuest, he directed the Software Process Program at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to the SEI he directed research on intelligent user interface technology and the software design process at MCC, the fifth generation computer research consortium in Austin, Texas. Before MCC he developed a software productivity and quality measurement system for ITT, managed research on software practices and metrics at GE Space Division, and taught statistics at the University of Washington. Bill holds a Ph.D. from Texas Christian University, an M.A. from the University of Texas, and a B.A. from Eckerd College. He was recently elected a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers for his contributions to software process improvement and measurement.
Mark leads CAST’s operations in the UK. He passionate about the benefits of software intelligence developed from his wide range of experience in Enterprise IT leadership both as a supplier and as a customer delivering application transformation programmes in a number of different sectors. Before joining CAST, Mark set up the Ministry of Defence’s first applications services team, grew a $150M business leading Microsoft UK’s Public Sector Services team, led the Information Systems and Services Advisory practice for a boutique strategy consulting firm and the EMEA Public Sector business for an Indian IT Services company.Mark has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Engineering from University College London, is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Remi Jacquet runs CAST operations in the principal West- and Central-European geographies. Remi started at CAST in 1995 where he made CAST in France the de facto standard among the major enterprises, while supporting CAST adoption among the major systems integrators. He then gradually extended his leadership across Europe. He currently manages Europe including France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Prior to CAST Remi was a regional sales manager at Bull.Remi holds an MBA from one of top 10 business school in Europe, and has become a sought-after advisor on software measurement issues for numerous IT executives. His long term tenure and success at CAST, together with his unique entrepreneurial spirit, make Rémi a pillar of the company.
Nilkanth Iyer is responsible for strategy, sales and business development for CAST India. As such, Nilkanth works with CAST’s strategic partners, including global system integrators and enterprise customers to help them better manage outsourcing operations and work with channel partners to improve software portfolio analysis and measurement. Nilkanth is a proven business strategist with a distinguished track record in the IT products and services industry, specializing in application development, lifecycle management and DevOps leadership for more than 16 years.Nilkanth’s background includes leading the strategic build-out of the cloud ecosystem for IBM India-South Asia, where he spent more than 7 years. Prior to joining IBM, Nilkanth led the sales for Telelogic, a collaborative lifecycle management solutions provider which was acquired by IBM. Nilkanth holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute and a Master’s in Communication Management from the Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad.
Christof runs the CAST business operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With his combined engineering & business background and more than 20 years experience in the software business, he , together with the German team, helps digital leaders to leverage the full power and value of CAST technology when facing todayś challenges around application management with regards to modernization, cloud migration, risk mitigation and KPI based decision making.Before joining CAST, Christof held various leadership positions in sales, marketing and consulting at software companies like Nemetschek as Business Unit Director Engineering, ANSYS, where he led the EMEA pre-sales team and PTC running the PLM/ALMconsulting business in the German automotive supplier market. Christof holds a masters degree in structural engineering from the TU Munich and an Executive Master in Business Marketing from FU Berlin.
Fansi is responsible for the CAST business in China (including Taiwan and Hong Kong/Macao). He is the first person in China to start CAST business, leading the CAST China team to serve our strategic clients, cooperate with local system integrators as well as Global SIs, to bring maximized business value to clients. Fansi has over 20 years’ experience managing IT software and services for several multi-national companies in China, including IBM/Oracle/HP and FIS. Fansi holds a Bachelor’s in aviation design and an Executive MBA from Beijing Beihang University.
Business leader for the Italian geography in supporting enterprises, ministries and agencies to avoid 9-digit software disasters and rightsizing their ADM throughput capabilities. Enabling ICT organizations, ADM suppliers and advisory firms in sharing software big data and exploiting the highest business value out of then, in a common unambiguous standard language.
Pablo leads the CAST business in Spain, Portugal and Latin America. He is passionate about Software Intelligence and how to help business leaders to understand how the digital changes their business, providing actionable information to shape their industries’ future running an agile, efficient and safe digital business.He grew up in Argentina and held various leadership positions in sales, presales and consulting at top multinational companies like Apptio, Oracle and Dell|EMC, across several countries in LatAm and Europe. Pablo is a proven business strategist with a distinguished track record in different industries, were he transformed a team to double the SaaS business in a mature market and also lead the creation and expansion of a new business category in the region.He has a Bachelors Degrees in Computer Science and a Master Degree in Business Administration and during his free time, he enjoys being with the family , playing Padel with friends and flying over Spain.
As General Manager of CAST North America, Michael is focused on the rapid growth of CAST’s strategic product lines and innovative approach to Software Intelligence for all of North America. In this role, Michael oversees all industry go-to-market verticals, channels, marketing, delivery and talent recruitment for North America. Michael is also responsible for ensuring customer growth and success for North American clients.
Prior to CAST, Michael was Chief Customer Officer at Ignite Technologies, where he maximized customer acquisition, retention and profitability and grew revenues by 350%. Michael has over 25 years of Enterprise Technology experience working with Fortune 1000 to Fortune 50 clients to ensure their success with innovative technology solutions. He has built and run successful organizations at IBM, Cyient, Virtusa, Unisys and BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. He is an avid technologist and walks a self-described fine line of being both a proud Nerd and Geek (as per Urban Dictionary).
