Title: IT Infrastructure and Network Administrator
Location: Bangalore
Brief about the Position:
As a member of the IT Infra team in Bangalore you will be involved in server’s administration (physical and virtualized), storage, network, and the interconnection of LAN/WAN. You will participate in maintaining in operational condition the worldwide IT infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As the manager of the IT technician based in India, you will help him to improve his skills thanks to objectives you will have defined.
Together you will manage user-support, and we expect you to be responsive to support requests and rigorous in their follow.
For our new employees you will update our local Asset Inventory, install, and configure their computer. You also will be involved in corporate projects.
To permanently improve CAST information system and processes, we expect you to be: Force of proposal, Autonomous & Rigorous
