CAST is looking for a passionate B2B software marketing professional, experienced in devising demand strategies, executing digital and face-to-face tactics, and assisting sellers in opportunity progression.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the effectiveness of demand generation in DACH.

This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate will be planning the lead generation strategy and executing the local marketing tactics in DACH, focusing on lead quality, and leveraging the global CAST marketing programs and content as applicable.

This position is based in Munich, Germany, with possibility for hybrid home/office schedule. The Marketing Manager reports to the EVP/CMO dotted line to the Country Manager DACH.


Generate quality leads for CAST sellers to pursue and progress. To that effect:

  • Partner with CAST DACH leadership to devise lead generation and progression strategy
  • Execute the DACH lead generation tactics – digital, webinars, events, by CAST or leveraging 3rd parties
  • Qualify for further follow up DACH leads both from local tactics and from globally run programs
  • Arm sellers progressing leads or prospecting on their own with content likely to increase conversion
  • Partner with Market Intelligence team to feed demand tactics and sellers with quality prospects
  • Partner with CAST global marketing team to leverage globally run tactics benefiting DACH Region


  • Degree in marketing / communications or degree in computer science plus marketing experience, preferably in the IT environment
  • 2-5 years of experience in executing B2B software demand generation tactics on the ground
  • Ability to empathize and understand corporate IT and App Dev audiences
  • Desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Strong writing and verbal communications skills in German and English
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot
