Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Vincent Delaroche founded CAST in 1990 with the vision that software analysis would change the face of software development. In CAST, he is building a long-term venture that is helping business IT organizations mature their software development from an obscure art into a performance-driven profession. Introducing an agent of industrialization into business IT and becoming the de facto standard for measuring software product and delivery are Vincent’s primary motivations. In 2005, he moved from Paris, France to the United States where he now runs the company. He is a long-term entrepreneur who is faithful to his team, clients and partners.
Prior to CAST, Vincent was a software engineer and consultant at several IT companies. He then built a center of excellence at one of the leading software vendors in supervision and control systems for industrial processes in the European market. Vincent holds degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering.
Chief Financial Officer
Alexandre Rérolle is responsible for overseeing all of Finance & Administration for CAST and its subsidiaries. Prior to CAST, Alexandre held various roles in controlling and finance moving up to the CFO position in one of the affiliates of the logistics division of Bolloré Group, with branches across France, Japan, Korea, China, and the USA. A recent addition to the team, Alexandre brings a high level of discipline and is very well aligned to CAST core values of transparency and collegiality.
Alexandre’s background is in the sciences and he holds a Master’s in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations
Gregg is responsible for scaling and managing a world-class sales and professional service organization, combining software, managed services and consulting to maximize the value delivered to CAST customers. Most recently Gregg was EVP at iRise, where he expanded the company's footprint in Europe and Asia, and opened significant new customer accounts with large companies along with helping to building a global reseller channel with SAP. Gregg also built a go-to-market strategy targeting both business users and CIOs to drive engagement and adoption of the iRise software platform. Prior to that, Gregg was VP of global sales at Keane, a $1B+ global business and IT services firm, where he managed a global force of more than 100 sales professionals. Prior to Keane, Gregg was with Headstrong, Inc. (aka James Martin & Co.), a global business consulting and IT solutions firm, where he was VP of global sales and served as the executive leader for the strategic account team, global account strategies and alliance and partner program. Gregg earned a B.S. in Accounting/MIS from the University of Rhode Island.
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Marc Zablit is responsible for strategic alliances with key go-to-market partners. His scope of responsibility encompasses a broad portfolio of IT market players, including application development ISVs and global systems integrators. Marc has been instrumental in building multiple strong partnerships, and is responsible for expanding these relationships and establishing new ones. He is well known for his expertise in the latest trends and techniques among application services providers to deliver innovation to clients.
Prior to joining CAST, Marc was Vice President of EMEA Marketing for Trilogy, an American ERP vendor. Prior to Trilogy, Marc was involved in growing and selling a software start-up in San Francisco. Prior to that, Marc was a software engineer, a project manager and then a business unit manager at several major European systems integrators. Marc earned a degree in Engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure de Paris, and an MBA at INSEAD.
Executive Vice President, Strategy and Market Development
Lev Lesokhin is responsible for CAST's market development, strategy, thought leadership and product marketing worldwide. He has a passion for making customers successful, building the ecosystem, and advancing the state of the art in business technology. Lev comes to CAST from SAP, where he was Director, Global SME Marketing. Prior to SAP, Lev was at the Corporate Executive Board as one of the leaders of the Applications Executive Council, where he worked with the heads of applications organizations at Fortune 1000 companies to identify best management practices.
Lev also served three years as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, dealing with issues of business strategy, IT management, metrics and outsourcing. He began his career at the MITRE Corporation before moving to the private sector, where he spent several years as a developer and project manager, and has managed large client relationships for a systems integrator. Lev holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Executive Vice President, Product Development
Olivier Bonsignour is responsible for Research & Development and Product Management in a continual effort to build the world’s most advanced software analysis and measurement technology. He is an expert in the precision software parsing, and has a long term view of the product and the software analysis industry.
Prior to joining CAST, Olivier was the CIO for DGA, the advanced research division of the French Ministry of Defense. Prior to that role, also at DGA, he was in charge of application development and a project director working on IT systems that support operations. A pioneer in the development of distributed systems and object oriented development; Olivier joined CAST after having been an early adopter of CAST technology in 1996. Most recently, Olivier and Capers Jones co-wrote The Economics of Software Quality, a book published by Addison-Wesley in 2011. Olivier holds a graduate degree in engineering and computer science from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA), Lyon, and a Master’s in Management from the executive program at IAE Aix-en-Provence.
Senior Vice President and Chief Scientist
Dr. Bill Curtis is an industry luminary who is responsible for influencing CAST’s scientific and strategic direction, as well as helping CAST educate the IT market to the importance of managing and measuring the quality of its software. He is best known for leading development of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) which has become the global standard for evaluating the capability of software development organizations. Bill has a passion for software analysis and measurement because, after improving development process, it is the next wave of software engineering improvement.
Prior to joining CAST, Bill was a Co-Founder of TeraQuest, the global leader in CMM-based services, which was acquired by Borland. Prior to TeraQuest, he directed the Software Process Program at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to the SEI he directed research on intelligent user interface technology and the software design process at MCC, the fifth generation computer research consortium in Austin, Texas. Before MCC he developed a software productivity and quality measurement system for ITT, managed research on software practices and metrics at GE Space Division, and taught statistics at the University of Washington. Bill holds a Ph.D. from Texas Christian University, an M.A. from the University of Texas, and a B.A. from Eckerd College. He was recently elected a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers for his contributions to software process improvement and measurement.

Managing Director, CAST India
François Ruchon had been responsible for overseeing all of Finance & Administration for CAST and its subsidiaries for more than 10 years. India being a strategic area of market development for CAST, François moved to Bangalore in 2010 to set up the Indian operations for the company. He is currently building on CAST's global partnerships with the most innovative systems integrators, driven by an advanced vision of ADM and QA, such as HCL, TCS, Cognizant, TechMahindra Satyam and Wipro. François is well versed in the best practices at GSIs with regard to industrialization and application of software measurement technolog.
Prior to joining CAST, François held finance and management accounting positions for several companies. In his last position at Gras Savoye Willis, a large European insurance broker. François holds degrees in Computer Science and International Affairs from the French University and the European Management Institute, as well as an MBA with a major in Information Systems Management from the CASS Business School in London.
Senior Vice President, New Markets
Gérard Karsenti is one of CAST's founders and board members. He is responsible for developing CAST business through channels in geographies where CAST does not have direct operations. This includes Northern & Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and South America. Gérard is a thought leader in the software analysis and measurement industry, especially as it applies to implementing automated measurement within globally-distributed organizations.
In his previous positions at CAST, Gérard established CAST's subsidiaries in the major European markets. He subsequently managed corporate marketing and the development of CAST's offering for Enterprise Software. Prior to CAST, Gérard held sales management positions at Sybase, after a career in sales in technology companies including Computer Associates and Xerox. At Sybase, he had been responsible for the largest deal ever signed by the company at the time. Gérard earned an MBA from Pennsylvania State University. An international executive, he has lived and worked in Europe and the United States.
Managing Director, CAST UK
Colin Privett took over the UK operations at an early stage in 2008, and built a solid organization, based on customer trust and success. Prior to CAST, he was running Northern Europe for Princeton Softech, having come off a long career at Hyperion, from individual contributor up to country manager. He is an expert in the application of analytics for executives, and like his colleagues he is an advisor to many IT executives who want to manage their ADM investments as a business by introducing quality and productivity measurement.
Colin holds an honors degree from the University of Durham. Colin is committed to building a solid program and delivering customer experience above expectations.
Vice President, North America
Charles joined CAST in 2013 with responsibility for North American operations and the objective to solidify and extend CAST’s position as the software analysis and measurement standard for enterprise development. Charles has served in senior architecture and development roles during his career and is uniquely qualified to assist customers in transforming and optimizing their software development organizations. Prior to CAST, Charles was Vice President for Strategic Industries at iRise. In this role, Charles Sword was responsible for assisting clients in building the business case and adoption roadmap for introduction of the iRise Enterprise Platform to transform their software design and development practices. Prior to joining iRise, Charles worked with Keane & Headstrong and has over 20 years in management consulting delivering high impact, strategic solutions for Global 2000 organizations by leveraging his technical expertise and software development experience. In addition to his consulting experience, he is recognized as an expert in emerging technologies and was a co-founder of SolrFlair which developed the first cloud-based enterprise search offering. Charles has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President, Continental Europe
Remi Jacquet runs CAST operations in the principal West- and Central-European geographies. Remi started at CAST in 1995 where he made CAST in France the de facto standard among the major enterprises, while supporting CAST adoption among the major systems integrators. He then gradually extended his leadership to Belgium, Spain, Italy, and more recently to the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Prior to CAST Remi was a regional sales manager at Bull.
Remi holds an MBA from one of top 10 business school in Europe, and has become a sought-after advisor on software measurement issues for numerous IT executives. His long term tenure and success at CAST, together with his unique entrepreneurial spirit, make Rémi a pillar of the company.
Director, CAST Consulting
Sebastien David started as Director of the Consulting business in 2011. CAST Consulting is a center of engineering excellence which brings high-end technical expertise to help customers with their quality improvement initiatives, while bringing field feedback to CAST R&D. The Consulting business, while being centered primarily in France, is expanding worldwide and represents 10% of CAST revenues. Sebastien previously worked for Dassault Aviation and SAP, following which he became CRM and Supply Chain Director at a major global luxury brand.
Sebastien holds a Master’s of Science from one of the top Aerospace Engineering schools in France. A strong work ethic and commitment to customer success make Sebastien the ideal partner when consulting and deep technical expertise is needed.
