Job Duties:

Perform in depth reviews of the CAST AIP technology output which may at times include a line by line analysis of client application source code. Responsible for validating results and troubleshooting any issues encountered during automated analysis processes. Interface with application developers for the purpose of onboarding applications into the CAST AIP technology. This will include completing CAST Technical Survey, running completeness check on source code, developing software extensions to the CAST product line, defining application architectural boundaries, configuring and executing CAST AIP analyses, validating CAST AIP results, creating engineering-oriented software specification documents, presenting results to clients, and overall account management/project management taking into account customers’ specific software and organizational environments. Also responsible for client liaising, scoping work with the client, building project plans, tracking progress, reviewing output from CAST back office team and from the CAST AIP product, providing process training to resources based in North America and India, producing high-tech product and technology training curriculum for customers and other CAST members, status reporting and interfacing with technical support to correct deficiencies. Coordinate with other departments (sales, marketing and pre-sales engineering) to maximize customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments, participate in software events including trade shows, seminars, and conferences, and analyze the offerings of competing products in the market providing insight to CAST’s Research & Development team in order to drive specific software features and enhancements.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Computer Application and 2 years’ experience.

Specialized Requirements:

The 2 years of experience must include software analysis and measurement; configuring CAST AIP and CAST AIP implementation and operations; System Development Lifecycle (SDLC); object oriented programming languages; relational database technologies; and project planning and client interfacing.
