Marketing & CRM Systems Administrator - India / Bangalore

CAST is looking for a passionate Marketing & CRM Systems Administrator, who is experienced in managing the marketing automation platform, devising the best practices for leveraging the platform and have knack of looking out for latest marketing tools in industry to be integrated with the marketing automation tools to increase efficiency and visibility in our marketing and sales process.

This role would be in close collaboration with the WW Marketing team to manage the entire platform and continuously monitor the data consistency as per the process defined.

  • Building, testing and creating automated workflows
  • Monitor the usage of the platform to ensure business rules are being adhered to
  • Work with key users to enable them to expand their knowledge and use of the system
  • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for solutions and process
  • Maintain critical integrations to increase operational efficiency and visibility by ensuring bi-directional data integrity
  • Manage the operations of acquisition campaigns across automation, CRM, and other go-to-market tools
  • Own the marketing database and segmentation strategy, to ensure marketing campaigns and sales processes deliver desired results
  • Build reports and dashboards for database and campaign and other relevant tools to provide visibility and insights into marketing initiatives
  • Provide insights from data and help stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
  • Capture best practices and help train the power users of the platform

Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience administering marketing automation platform (preferably HubSpot)
  • Thrives in managing the automation platform in fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills a must
  • A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Knowledge
  • API integration with CRM platforms and Web properties
  • Highly analytical with the ability to develop ROI metrics/ dashboards
  • Proven experience working with database, marketing automation, and CRM
  • Ability to innovate and systematically improve the process
  • Ability to problem-solve/ troubleshoot operational issues
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
