Market Research Specialist - India / Bangalore

CAST is looking for a smart Market research Specialist for the marketing team in Bangalore.

Job Description:

Market research and lead generation

  • Support Sales rep and local Field Marketing teams in North America, Europe and India on Account and lead research on regular and ad-hoc basis using various methods, online tools, social media platforms
  • Data profiling which involves multiple parameters such as industry, regions, role, persona etc.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party agencies to get lead generation list from the agencies or events and help them understand our requirements
  • Own, understand and analyze primary research of data
  • Data verification and enhancement which would ensure that our data is of utmost quality and updated

WW Database Management

  • Proactively engaging in maintaining the health of database: run regular audits on the quality of the database WW, identify and manage data cleansing process
  • Coordinate with regional marketing leaders and support global database improvement clean-up initiatives
  • Research and associate contact and account records accurately in Automation Platform (HubSpot) and CRM
  • Maintain the lead list and data integrity in the database
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams in procuring and importing data, and ensuring data are properly segmented for targeting purposes

  • Ability to work around data across the globe US, Europe, India
  • Detail-oriented; able to manage large amounts of data accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills as would be required to interact with the different Regional Marketing Managers WW
  • Very efficient and high attention on detail
  • A positive attitude, an ability to drive through challenges and a willingness to learn

Qualification and experience:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a market research or database management agency, ideally in B2B
  • Must have hands–on experience on Database management, list building, market research
  • Graduate or post graduate in management or BCA/MCA/BBM
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel)
  • Good understanding of the Social platforms such as LinkedIn, DiscoverOrg, etc.
