Senior Enterprise Sales Executive - US / New York

CAST Software is a pioneer and world leader in the category of Software Intelligence, with an automated approach to capture, quantify, and translate into business value, the reliability, security, complexity and size of business applications. CAST’s unique technology is able to “detect system-level flaws”, across end-to-end business critical applications to provide a “context-based” comprehensive intelligence into application risks and costs. CAST targets Chief Information Officers, Chief Enterprise Architects, Heads of IT transformation, Heads of IT Risk within Enterprise accounts.

The Role

  • Drive revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Develop and execute NA sales strategy with equal emphasis on net-new accounts and expansion of existing accounts
  • Represent CAST Software relative to the competition
  • Forecast and report sales activity metric driven
  • Ensure superior client satisfaction, uncover client frustrations and work cross-functionally to strengthen relationships
  • Arranging and conducting product demonstrations, proofs-of-concepts, etc.
  • Develops a contact network within the account(s) and channel partners to enable CAST business to be sold broadly and effectively
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure superlative customer experience
  • Work closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to help develop product requirements and the product roadmap in line with market requirements
  • Build a predictable revenue stream:
    • Execute a clear sales process
    • Execute against mutual action plans
    • Balance execution across multiple opportunities
    • Leveraging resources across the team and multitasking


  • 5-10+ years of field sales experience selling enterprise software to a technical audience, ideally to leaders within the application development organization
  • Excellent understanding of the Application Development & Maintenance challenges, pertaining to both systems integrators and end customers
  • Ideally, a start of career in Software Development, as developer, project manager or application architect
  • Experience leading net new business sales in both Software and Services
  • Extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills, and an ability to interface to senior levels members of an organization and develop productive C-level relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of quota over-achievement
  • Ability to lead by actions and influence
  • Excellent forecasting, reporting, communication skills
  • Based in NY metro area
