We have over 300 active Enterprise customers worldwide. Our U.S. Federal, State & Local government market development team is driving the public sector eco-system (Government direct, public sector system integrators and channel, federal and state policy and government standards) development and growth. This selling role will be based in Arlington, VA and you will be responsible for building and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive new adoption of our Enterprise Products and Services to our Public Sector customer base. You will be required to travel and meet face-to-face with CAST customers from Application Development/Application Security/Risk Management leaders all the way up to C-Level Executives and Program Executive Officers.
We want our sellers to be market leads spearheading client relationships and ensure successful product implementations across the mid/large and diverse IT departments that exemplify the North American Public Sector marketplace.

You have experience in enterprise level solution-based sales and familiarity with creating and implementing a strategy within the North American Public Sector market. You have a proven track record of achieving selling targets, are effective in managing large deal sales cycles and, working in concert with our partner eco-system to maintain a forecast and communicate appropriate expectations to CAST’s leadership team.
- 5 or more years of challenger selling experience in the Federal (DOD and/or Civilian) and/or States
- Proven track record closing complex six-figure transactions with C-level sponsors while nurturing and supporting your champions
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders (End client, System Integrator, VARS, State/Federal contracts)
- Be comfortable with transparency, internal collaboration and utilizing a CRM to manage performance metrics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Demonstrate ability to make a positive impact outside of an individual role
