Job Summary

Primary responsibility is to sell CAST solutions to North America based Mid-Tier Systems Integrators. Secondary responsibility is to identify and establish sell through partnerships with North America based Mid-Tier Systems Integrators

  • Drive sales process from beginning to end
  • Leverage tools/systems and contacts (company and your own) to prospect effectively
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to qualify prospects
  • Conduct presentation meetings with qualified prospects
  • Work with broader CAST team to ensure maximized results throughout the process
  • Forecast accurately on a consistent basis
  • Ensure ongoing updates and accuracy in CRM

Qualifications

  • 7 years of enterprise SaaS / Cloud software sales, carrying an individual contributor quota, meeting/exceeding it 75% of the time
  • Experience selling to systems integrators as target customer or selling managed application development/maintenance services for systems integrators
  • Experience closing $50k transactions in a 3-month sales cycle at a 33% win rate
  • Demonstrable understanding of the business of IT and the world of systems integrators
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM system
  • Comfortable operating in a metrics driven sales environment transparent to senior management
  • Overall solid team player
  • Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree a plus
