Director of Field Marketing Execution - New York, NY | Full-time | Partially remote

Job Summary

CAST is looking for a passionate B2B software marketing professional, experienced in devising demand generation strategies, running digital and face-to-face tactics, and inspiring the marketers executing in the field.

The Director of Field Marketing Execution will report to our CMO. The marketing operations team will report directly to the successful candidate. The country field marketers will be dotted lined to her/him.

She or he will be teaming up with our sales leaders and product managers to devise the plans for penetrating various market geographies/segments and ensure their effective execution by the field marketers. In addition, she/he will be responsible for the quality of the data underpinning marketing operations.

This position is based in our NYC Office (44th/8th), with possibility for hybrid home/office schedule.

Responsibilities

Generate quality leads for CAST sellers to pursue and progress. To that effect:

  • Partner with CAST Sales leaders on lead generation strategy
  • Plan demand generation campaigns in North America and assist campaign planning in rest of world
  • Coach country field marketers executing demand generation tactics in their geographies
  • Continuously make it easier for sellers to progress the most promising leads
  • Own the execution of our flagship annual (at this time virtual) event
  • Guide the marketing operations team responsible for quality and relevance of all data underpinning the marketing automation systems
  • Manage the relationships with key marketing automation vendors

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in executing B2B software demand generation tactics on the ground
  • Experience executing integrated, multi-channel, multi-touch demand generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot
  • Desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Ability to empathize and understand corporate IT and App Dev audiences
  • Skilled in proactively collaborating with Sales and Product Management
  • Strong writing and verbal communications skills
  • Passion for enabling others to succeed
  • Degree in marketing / communications or degree in computer science plus marketing experience
