The world today is run on critical business applications, and many of these application are custom built systems that require constant upkeeping and evolution. It's how businesses maintain their competitive edge, leveraging latest technologies in an agile fashion. The challenge though is understanding the inner workings of these applications. This is where CAST comes in.

CAST is the software intelligence category leader. CAST technology can see inside custom applications with MRI-like precision, automatically generating intelligence about their inner workings - composition, architecture, transaction flows, cloud readiness, structural flaws, legal and security risks. It’s becoming essential for faster modernization for cloud, raising the speed and efficiency of Software Engineering, better open source risk control, and accurate technical due diligence. CAST operates globally with offices in North America, Europe, India, and China.

We are looking for an ambitious hunter sales executive with the experience of leading complex client engagements. An ideal candidate would have the winning mindset, strong experience in selling enterprise or SaaS, a wide network in North America, and the readiness to take the next exciting step in their career. This individual would have the understanding of custom-built software systems and the ability to deal with complex sales with the right balance of drive and humility. This is a hands-on role, supported by pre-sales architects, a market intelligence team, and partnerships with the top GSIs, CSPs, and tier-one advisory firms.

We are looking for YOU @ CAST to be and have:

  • Enterprise software sales (ex: app servers, data/ai, security) leadership experience
    • Direct engagement with technical decision-making personas leveraging technical background (CTOs, CIO, VP of Architecture, VP of Engineering, etc.)
    • Client pain/value focused individual with empathy to client challenges
    • Gravitas to open new doors with key decision makers
    • Experience negotiating enterprise agreements
    • Leading a consultative client engagement leveraging the larger CAST team
    • Strong sales execution discipline
      • Understanding of the importance of building top of funnel for forward looking pipeline
      • Focus on opportunity identification working with marketing, direct prospecting, and through strategic long-term relationships with clients
  • A network of relationships with c-suite and senior enterprise leaders across industries
  • Technologist at heart with technical understanding of client pain points and use cases for CAST


  • 7-15 years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Consistent track record of over-achieving business results
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • A self-starter with a strong drive for results
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • A trusted advisor to customers and colleagues

Salary range: $350,000-$450,000 OTE
