Role Description

As Vice President of Sales, your role is to grow this critical sector of ISVs for CAST, reporting direction to the SVP and Managing Director of North America. If you have a successful track record in building new businesses, are a strategic thinker, a doer, and excel in your business relationships, this role is for you. 

Skills and Experience required for this role

  • 10+ years of proven experience in high impact revenue generating role with solid business-to-business and enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the Software Engineering world and the application services business
  • A track record of success in working with third party software vendors/partners while selling application software capabilities from discovery to prospecting, solution selling, objection handling, and closing
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies with enterprise software sales
  • Ability to develop meaningful and trusted C-level relationships
  • A builder-doer mentality with sharp instincts to identify the right audience and lead into new markets 
  • Growth mentality, hunger for learning, with instincts for highly visible opportunities and a desire to play a key role in building the CAST story

Salary Range: $300,000-450,000 on target earning
