The direct to customer business represent approximately 50% of CAST’s software revenue in FY21; and is expected to grow 50% year over year. Current market drivers are fueling this revenue growth with our customers. First, CAST Highlight and CAST Imaging are embedded today as a key enabling technology for their Application Modernization and refactor to Cloud offerings. Additionally, CAST solutions are key to support President Biden’s Cyber EO, Federal Modernization & Cloud Policy and recent DoD Software Development memos. Lastly, CAST solutions are currently used by and endorsed by the major Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, IBM, GCP) - real time confirmation to the importance of Software Intelligence in supporting digital transformation. CAST has maintained its own GSA Schedule 70 for 10+ years.

Builders. Individuals who want to create something new and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. This Federal role, within our Public Sector division, is to expand CAST’s footprint in Civilian, DoD and IC organizations. Working with and reporting to the SVP of Public Sector, you need to be able to collaborate and strategize methods for bringing in new logos and then execute on those plans. We don’t just go knocking on doors cold. We need to utilize our research teams, marketing, channels, and industry vertical references to help start new conversations with new Agencies and close opportunities. Your role is to build the key relationships that can grow recurring revenue generated directly from government accounts. This role has significant executive visibility. Skills and Experience required for this role

  • 10+ years of experience in high impact revenue generating role ideally at a leading software product firm in Cloud / app modernization space
  • A well established and active network within Federal marketplace.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the Software Engineering world and the application services business
  • Ability to develop meaningful and trusted C-level relationships
  • A passion for selling to build and contribute to a category maker
  • Ability to point to tangible results in planning, executing, and scaling CAST Software and Subscription revenue by embedding the CAST technology in Cloud/Modernization/ADM initiatives.
  • A Builder-doer mentality with sharp instincts to identify the right audience and lead into new markets 
  • Growth mentality, hunger for learning, with instincts for a highly visible opportunity, and a desire to play a key role in building the CAST story

Salary Range: $250,000-300,000 on target earning
