About the Role
We are currently hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) for North America. This role will support both inbound and bound business development activities (email campaigns, phone calls, LinkedIn messaging, etc.) for CAST’s suite of products across a variety of verticals and segments. This is a front-end business development position for our technology products – CAST Highlight & CAST Imaging. The BDR role sits between marketing and sales – you will work with both teams to qualify leads, set meetings with senior IT executives, and maintain CAST’s sales funnel. Grit, resilience, and intellectual curiosity are necessary requisites for this role.
