Vincent Delaroche, Chairman and CEO

Vincent Delaroche founded CAST in 1990 with the vision that language analysis technology would change the face of software engineering and application development. He is now leading CAST in helping organizations change application development from a not so well understood science into a performance-driven, transparent one. Besides overseeing CAST operations, Vincent Delaroche also acts as Chief Product Strategist, leading the company to become the pioneer and world leader in Application Intelligence. In 2005, Mr. Delaroche moved to the United States along with key business functions including corporate and product marketing where he now runs the company from New York City. This move has turned the French software vendor into even more of a global company. Mr. Delaroche was trained in a French engineering school and held both technical and business positions within technology companies and consulting firms before founding CAST in 1990. Mr. Delaroche took the company public on EuroNext in May 1999, making it one of the first French software companies listed in the French New Market.

François Ruchon, Chief Financial Officer

François Ruchon is responsible for overseeing all of finance for CAST and its subsidiaries as well as serving on CAST’s board of directors. He is also in charge of investor relations. Prior to joining CAST, Mr. Ruchon held finance and management accounting positions for several companies. In his last position at the insurance broker Gras-Savoye, he was controller and was also involved in M&A activities. He holds degrees in Information Technology and business administration from French colleges and an MBA with a major in Information Systems Management from the City University of London.

Ian Henderson, Senior Vice President Worldwide Field Operations

Ian Henderson is a seasoned business leader with extensive international experience in both enterprise software and hardware, including 15 years in sales leadership. Throughout his career, he has repeatedly delivered significant revenue and margin growth gains and has successfully managed several business turnarounds. Henderson has held general management positions in both the enterprise hardware and software sectors. In his last year as Vice President Sales at Princeton Softech, a private company providing database archiving solutions to the Fortune 100, he doubled US sales productivity. Prior to Princeton Softech, during three years as Vice President, EMEA for Network Appliance, (NASDAQ: NTAP), he managed EMEA growth to more than $235 million in annual revenue. Before joining Network Appliance, Henderson spent eight years with Hyperion Solutions (NASDAQ: HYSL). As Vice President, Northern Europe he negotiated Hyperion's largest European technology contract with Benckiser BV, a Dutch Consumer products group. He also led the successful integration of the post-merger Hyperion Software and Arbor Software businesses in the majority of Europe. Before Hyperion, Henderson held sales and sales management positions with a number of other enterprise software companies. He studied Business Studies at the University of the West of England.

Gérard Karsenti, EVP Business Development - Enterprise Software Vendors

Gérard Karsenti is one of CAST’s founders and board members. He is responsible for driving the corporate initiative establishing CAST business relationships with application vendors and ISVs as well as the development of indirect channels.  In his previous positions at CAST, Mr. Karsenti started European operations and established CAST's subsidiaries in 8 European countries and he also managed corporate marketing. Prior to CAST, Mr. Karsenti held sales management positions at Sybase, after a career in sales in technology companies such as Computer Associates and Xerox. He earned a MBA from Pennsylvania State University. An International Executive, he has lived and worked in Europe and the United States.

Marc Zablit, VP Business Development - SI's & Technology ISV's

Marc Zablit is responsible for business development and strategic alliances. He has been instrumental in developing CAST relationships with ISV's in the field of Application Development and Governance such as Compuware, IBM, Mercury, Serena and CA. Mr Zablit has overall responsibility for building partnerships with leading systems integrators such as IBM Global Services, Accenture, CSC, Cap Gemini and Atosorigin.
Prior to joining CAST, Mr. Zablit was VP Marketing EMEA for Trilogy, an American ERP vendor. An engineer by training, Mr. Zablit took up a career in IT project management and team management in major consulting firms before earning an MBA at INSEAD in Paris in 1995.

Lev Lesokhin, VP Worldwide Marketing

Lev Lesokhin is responsible for all of CAST's strategic marketing activities worldwide. Mr. Lesokhin comes to CAST from SAP, where he was Director, Global SME Marketing, a team that oversees the strategy, product marketing, rollout planning and communication for SAP’s mid-market products. Prior to SAP, Mr. Lesokhin was at the Corporate Executive Board as the project leader at the Applications Executive Council, where he worked with the heads of Applications organizations at Fortune 1000 compan
